Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
Naturopathic Consultations
We have introduced a cancellation and non-attendance policy to all naturopathic consultations at Optimal Vitality.
We kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you can no longer attend a pre-scheduled naturopathic consultation, to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
To change a pre-scheduled consultation, please either call the clinic on 03 7037 9100 or email us via hello@optimalvitality.com.au. You can also re-schedule a consultation using the online client portal.
In circumstances where 48 hours notice is not provided, you will incur a cancellation fee, totalling 50% of the consultation cost, which will be deducted from the pre-paid consultation fee. The remaining 50% of the pre-paid consultation fee will be refunded to you within 48 hours of the original consultation time.
We appreciate and encourage as much notice as possible, as this allows us the opportunity to offer consultations to other clients.
We understand that exceptional circumstances do occur, therefore given the situation, grace may be offered.
