At Optimal Vitality, we adore blueberries. Well, any fruit berry, if we are being honest. Berries are not only delicious but they are full of goodness - water, fibre, vitamins and minerals and of course high in anti-oxidants. We’d even go as far as to say berries are a superfood! Remember to eat plenty of berries when they are in season and therefore less expensive. Also consider frozen berries when they are out of season. Yum, yum, yum!
